Bed & Breakfast - Limited number of guest rooms located in the host's home; which includes shared and or private bathroom/s, with a continental breakfast included in the daily rental rate. Typical Bed and Breakfast facilities are quaint and small, with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Studio - A large one room accommodation with private bath, separate entrance, and kitchenette for light cooking. A studio is part of the owner's home
Cottage - One or two bedroom accommodation with private entrance, bathroom/s, and full kitchen.
Vacation Home - Private rental residence of two or more bedrooms, bathroom/s and complete kitchen facilities.
A large number of the above accommodations has the owner on the property or is managed by the owner.
All accommodations must provide off-street parking for the guests.
